Your playbook

Saved plays show up here. Print them as a playbook (one play per half page) or as a wristband sheet (8 small plays to cut out).

How to use the flag football play designer

    1. Pick 5v5 flag or 7v7, then a formation (Spread, Trips, Stack). The defense is already on the field; delete it with Erase if you only want offense.
    2. Choose Route, tap a receiver and tap the points of the route. Drag in one stroke for a curved route.
    3. Give the play a name your players will remember, add a note for the QB read, and save it.
    4. Repeat for the rest of the set, then press Print wristband sheet.

Plays that work well in 5v5

With only five players a side, spacing wins. A few starting points to draw and adjust for your team:

    Making the wristband cards

Each saved play gets a number. The wristband sheet prints all of them in a 4-across grid at wristband size. Cut along the borders and slide them into a QB wristband, or tape the sheet to a clipboard and call plays by number. If you add or reorder plays, save again and reprint so the numbers match.

    FAQ

Which flag football formats are included?

5v5 (the NFL FLAG and most rec-league format) and 7v7. Switch the Format menu to change the number of players and the formations offered.

Does it know my league's rules?

No. Leagues differ on rushing, no-run zones and blocking, so the tool lets you draw anything. Check your league's rulebook before adding run plays or blocks.

How do I make a wristband for my players?

Save each play, then press Print wristband sheet. You get the plays numbered on one page at wristband size; cut them out and slide them into a QB wristband.

Can I start from a formation instead of a blank field?

Yes. Each format comes with a few formations to start from. Pick one, then drag players to adjust.
